Through our patient-specific billing program, patients authorize ANF to ship the drug to the place of administration but to send the bill to the patient’s insurance provider. All we need is a signed Patient Consent and Authorization (PCA), and we’ll take care of the rest.
Occasionally Accredo Nova Factor is out of network and therefore unable to service a patient’s request. In such instances, we have a commitment to triage the prescription to the appropriate pharmacy and to inform the physician or clearinghouse where it was sent. |
